It goes pretty quick in neutral

I used blow torch and paint scraper on the sound deading tar, worked a treat. Boiling water on the roof and peeled as I didnt want to damage the paint. The freeze spray did nothing.

Yes, could be for sure. Not as bad as it originally was though.
