Hey man I have a question about the blocking mechanics. During Shadows of Hitokiri event I switched to mouse n keyboard for the increased precised movements and faster blocking/parry. Ive noticed with this current update that some of my blocks are just not working. I am not sure if it has something to do with latency or if its phantom block. Has this been happening to you as well and what could it be. Love the content and guide you provide to help out others.

I don’t know what you’re talking about but try make sure all your settings are still he same for KBM controls post update, hopefully that helps u!

Zer0_ craic As in If my enemy is performing a light right attack and I have my block with my LB on the right it still goes through. Not the chip damage but the whole attack connects and he can continue on doing whatever combo they hve in mind.

Hitokiri/JJ? Is hito genuinely good in that team comp? Everyone keeps saying hito is horrible, what position would they play?

Same rotations as JJ tbh. Shaman is priority ganker, Raider is priority mid, BP is priority mid support and Hito is priority side point. When Hito gets heal on block they can rotate mid responsibility with raider. Hito and Black Prior are 1v1 powerhouses, easy to do competent with and solid even in their weaker scenarios.

LB is dodge, paddle on back for GB

I feel like a lot of people skimmed over the real Raider buff. The ability to delete the enemy minions from the battlefield faster then Aramusha.

I'm absolutely the dummy who gets hit with plunging attacks I shouldnt. I play a lot of dark souls and for some reason when I'm out of lock rolling I like to hit circle... which incidentally isn't my roll button in for honor, the game I'm actually playing at that moment.

@@elijah60 nah, Its not that I want the button remapped, I have them mapped how I like them. I just brain fart sometimes, specifically something about plunge attacks, and press the wrong button. I use x to dodge but I recently started using a paddle for that.

I’d recommend going through Alernakin ‘s YT videos. He stopped producing regularly but there’s still very educational stuff there and he released a new one today. Barak has best in World Berserker play on his YT so check him out too. Other than that it’s just here and the Tourney players that stream on Twitch.

Make sure to check out Light Boogey then too on Twitch! He runs console tourneys and is also a good knowledgeable console comp player. Console comp doesn’t follow all the same rules as PC comp but most things are shared across the platforms. Console just allows you to attack more mindlessly and defending feels extremely clunky and unresponsive. Heroes power level in various scenarios is of course different also and people have bad internet/wifi which compounds all the integrated issues unfortunately.

i never would have crowded in that building if i was them. Thats suicide late game.

There’s so much work that goes into a reasonably accurate tierlist for 25 different heroes that I don’t think I ever will. I may put out my own ideas for high tier low tier and do a video but it’ll never be as good as the old tierlist system which was Skorbrand and Setmyx using their own high level understanding in addition to collecting the shared knowledge of the tournament scene.

8:30 I wish more people realized, especially the people I play with, that running from a fight that you are going to lose is not wrong. One death instead of two will always be better. You have no fucking idea how many times my gaming group will bitch, "Wow thanks for letting me die" or "Where did my team go, why'd you leave the fight." Like fuck's sake I'm trying not to lose more than we already are.

Nah he's alright, stun tap is fast but now he can get get them off, I used to parry all his stunning taps because they were slower, besides the stunning tap he is alot better of a hero

Started playing raider again, want to get him from rep 7 to 10(rounding off heroes before season 12) Yeahhhh Raider can’t do shit against turtles, Raider has three options 1) commit to the attack 2) faint into GB 3) faint into stunning tap If you go up against a good turtle you have absolutely no way of opening them up as Raider is fairly predictable and they just counter everything you might do... I went up against a rep 70 Warlord and got smashed! He just sat their waiting Raiders one saving grace is his damage, as a good BP, Conq, LB or Warlord really shuts him down

Did that musha really complain about not having good feats... let’s just list a few: Rock steady, deadly, fear itself, bleed, second wind, and several more rather decent feats

Sad to see a zerk main go to raider...

If your on console the new mete is play raider or play orochi with his bull shit lights that annoying faster now because of that semi buff.

Raider needs a buff... Loses to every BP or player with good reactions to block.... You need to be almost twice as skillfull as your enemy to win with raider

The ShogunHimself in regular stance highlander has 600ms lights, the offensive ones are 400ms. At least nerf it like 566(like they do with orochi)

nuxia doesn't need a rework at all though. all they need to do is make traps unreactable, and make zone attack chain/unblockable.

@@coolbeans3635 nuxia does need a rework g her offense has big boy flaws by offensive defense ur can option select her offense easily even on accident and on purpose to she needs to soft feint dodge 100ms -300 ms in between her heavy chains and guaranteed deflect cuz her deflect can be blocked, crushing countered, deflected even u change ur guard the damage values need to adjust to 35 or 30 btw the reason why i said soft feint into dodge is because her feint recovery is awful

@@coolbeans3635 Her options in offense is limited even with traps being 400 ms traps and follow up lights her kit is based off momentum and flow but when u cant counter an offensive counterplay like light attacks because they know the timing u cant do shit which is a flaw because most assissins have away to counter an offensive counter like light attacks however nuxias feint recovery limits her ability when someone early lights
