*Just a quick disclaimer on Tip 7, the OOS punishes, you can get a heavy to heavy finisher for max punish (on side throw when opponent OOS) but will be unsafe to stamina recovery from opponent on wakeup. Total damage of the punish is 65 rather than the 55 with zone to finisher in video and 50 with light to heavy finisher in video . Apologies for overlooking a higher damage punish.

Isn’t there an alternative max punish? Where you throw and enemy to the side and hit them with two side heavies? Also another tip is to do a starting light attack backwards when you have some space on your opponent, and then follow up light. Usually they’ll react to the initial “wiffed” light, and they won’t be able to do anything against the unblockable light due to animation recoveries.

I’ve personally found the best minion clear for sun da is regular heavy to zone The first heavy can easily take out 5ish people and the zone can take a lot out Any finisher for sun da usually only takes out one maybe 2 people top So in short i throw a regular heavy, zone then wait until I can throw another regular heavy. IMO it’s the best way to clear minions while conserving your stamina as much as possible

Anybody else think the UB light animation seems very discernible from the heavy? I'm hoping be in the game makes it harder to read but it seems reactable whether it's light or heavy. Maybe not so on most console setups but i'm worried

K, doesnt matter. The majority of the community will be calling the hero sun da simply because thats the name in his marketing. Its happened this whole year, people called the black priors vortiger, the hitokiri was know as sakura for the majority of her season. Only exception was jorm becuase jormungandr is catchier than hulda.
