Easily the best hockey channel I have ever seen.every video is on point with the amount of content mind blowing.

Love the spacing of the new jersey. I didn't like the placement of "Vancouver" on the Adidas versions. On the Reebok had better placement of the wordmark.

Fully Johnny Canuck yes. But had they used the one with the "V' with the Johnny face, I'd choose that variation.

@mojo I'd define that as super classic and iconic. The Johnny Canuck logo is classic but I wouldn't consider it very iconic on the same level as the Hawks logo

Nice looking jersey. Definitely look forward to seeing the skate return to the ice.

I also pre-ordered a Pettersson from Vanbase. I LOVE mine and I’m so glad I waited to get a Canucks jersey cause it is beautiful. And they send me an awesome hat as a pre-order bonus! It was VERY pricy. The most expensive jersey I’ve ordered yet. But I’m pretty happy with it

A couple weeks ago I bought the new stick and rink alternate with horvat on the back for $200. It was a site wide sale on sportchek and they had many other jerseys

I don't like how that "50" logo looks on the jersey, it looks like a player has two different jersey numbers. Other than that it's a nice looking jersey

jasonfire34 it’s so weird because you can make a 5 with a stick in it, if you put the stick in the lower half. Really odd design choice.

I prefer the one with the "wordmark".

They will wear the Flying Skate jersey for select 2019\20 games which I’m very excited to see. Loved those. A lot of my buddies didn’t but I did.

She didn't notice. I love this!!! It's for all the times a woman critiques you for not noticing the most subtle detail about her.

I was able to pick up the white version of the new jersey, I like how the new shoulder patch looks on it.

The shoulder patch should have remained the same on the white road jersey 2018 - 19(white stick in the blue rink) to match the original home white jersey "stick in the rink".

I have over 300. I have no way to know how much I have spent since 1991 when the collection started. I haven't spent as much as people think.

The new home and away jerseys have nothing inside the collar, however, the new third does say WE ARE ALL CANUCKS.

I'm very happy with the new jerseys, both home and away. Such a minor difference but really makes it pop out more in my opinion. I even prefer the new stick and rink and I'm not a big fan of it, but on the shoulders it works for me. The alternate looks good, though I still think a white strip would be nice to separate the green and blue. The skate is nice but just like Shannon, I think the orange and marigold is nicer than the red and yellow, but I understand why they went with it. Still hoping that one day we get an Adidas version of the orange and marigold though! Also wouldn't mind the Canucks bringing back the old black orca jerseys as an alternate in a couple of years, just to throwback to the original orca jersey and to switch up the alternate.

I still have questions about these new looks. Why is there no green incorporated into the orca logo? Why didn’t they attempt something with green, which could be made to include the tertiary Johnny Canuck logo, and done a year before the Seattle team’s probable green with blue colours, to avoid being labeled as copycats. Why didn’t they celebrate the skate logo using the more iconic home white jersey? Surely they couldn’t have been unaware of how the white jersey was both more popular and more highly regarded. I like the white on white secondary logo. There’s something bold about it. As an aside, when did the Orca Bay corp brand itself like that? Because I’m thinking that much like the True North corp grown in Winnipeg, the Orca Bay brand may have come from early logo designs rather than the other way around as many of the haters purport.

You've probably answered this already, but what is the total value of your jersey collection?

As a big fan of the 70s NHL and in that context a "fan" of all NHL teams (not just my Islanders). As such, I was a fan of the Canucks, I loved their original jerseys, I loved that they wore the blue jerseys on the road (at the Nassau Coliseum) and white at the Pacific Coliseum, and I loved the "stick in rink" logo. Obviously I'm rooting for the original jersey to be their #1 jersey. The orca is hideous. I hope all that was clear!

I know right and congrats for the Islanders the franchise needed that since I am from New York of the metropolitan area now gonna have 5 arena's now in the area, Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, Prudential Center, Nassau Coliseum, and now the new one of Belmont Park Arena.

There’s a guy a Twitter who’s entire account is meant to complain about the “corporate Orca” and to make Johnny Canuck the main. It’s so weird to me that someone can care so much about a cosmetic feature. Like to me, a real fan cares about the players and how well they play as a team and winning. But this guy doesn’t seem to care about any of that and only talks about the Orca. SO STRANGE.

Not just about that, no. Honestly, from the vague nature of it, this could have been a loud party he was at. It sounds like nothing. He wasn't arrested.

Brock Boeser is reportedly Entering Concussion Protocol... It sure seemed like the Senators were throwing some dirty hits in their last preseason game....

The orca is sharp. I know taste varies given its subjectivity, but I never understood what seems to me to be a high degree of dislike for the orca. I've always felt the Canucks road jersey is one of the nicest in the league, and it is now even better by simply dropping the word mark. The Canucks will be one of the best dressed teams to hit the ice this season.

I will fight anyone who says the hockey rink logo is better.

Yeah it's fine for a third, but it's a bit too sterile and boring for a main. The Johnny canuck logo is too Bush league, humans on logos seem weird to me. The orca was the right way to go, skate Jersey is cool too.

Pretty much ALL art is influenced by other art. The real question is why so many think it is so imperative to own a jersey in the first place. I'm a huge 'Nucks fan. I just don't see why I should dump a pile of money on a jersey.

Honestly never been a fan of the stick and rink logo. Works well as a patch, but on the front it looks a bit silly imo. The orca has more of an identity to it.

The numbers on the jersey look bigger than last year's...hmm

I love the fact the logo is giant and the 50th anniversary patch. I'm still not a huge fan of the whale logo, but over the years it has gone from I dislike it quite a bit to it's ok I guess. I like Johnny Canuck logo better than the current one and is saying a lot.

Off topic, but wanted to be first with comment on Matthews disorderly conduct charge. Anyone who thinks this will hurt his chances to become captain of the leafs are missing the important part. He "half mooned" a security guard (pulled his shorts down but not his underwear). And a half moon is kinda like a "C". Therefore my logic says he's a shoe in!

I don’t like the orca logo on the home jersey. A black and white logo on a blue green jersey looks bad. They need a primary logo that has blue and green in it to go with the jersey colours.

Just coughed up for a 50th home from vanbase...decided to go blank have a Kesler Vancouver Millionaires that has been in the closet for awhile now lol

I think jerseys are much better this year, I never was a fan of the wordmark. Although I would love to see the flying skate come back using the current colors. Imo it's the best logo in Canuck history. I know it's unlikely.
