pra linha inspiron que fica em loop infinito atualizando a bios, é soh remover a tampa de baixo do notebook para acessar a bateria, remover o conector dela, sem nenhuma fonte conectado nele é soh segurar power por 30 segundos a 1 minuto, depois volta a bateria e liga vai demorar dar imagem, ai quando der vai entrar numa tela seleciona enter bios, nas conf de segurança da bios desativa o update automático da bios salva e seja feliz

Dear @peterz9549 I am having DELL latitute 5940 and i am getting the same popup screen BIOS Recovery menu with two options reset BIOS setting to default and Recover BIOS, and i tried both options, unfortunately I am not getting next screen, again getting same screen, i tried multiple times. Nesse caso, você tem que soltar as teclas assim que a luz do caps lock acender. Vc n deve esperar até a tela de recovery surgir como no vídeo. Tem que soltar antes

Bom dia. Sem a bateria da placa mãe? Se for isso não tem como pois é ela que segura as informações que vc altera na bios. Se for sem a bateria do notebook, nos casos que peguei, não tive problema ligando direto na tomada, a bateria do notebook não segura informações da bios, ela serve apenas para a carga do equipamento, é diferente da primeira bateria que falei.

Dell lixo, o meu fica reiniciando, não sai dessa tela de atualização

Hi, with the pc off and plugged off, press ctrl + ESC and plug the power, don't release those keys until a recovery screen apears. Then select the first option, then ok. That's it.

​@@kytrvzz Hi, charge it for an hour, and try again. If that didn't work download the newest bios file from dell, try to find a file with RCV extension, look for something like "other formats". If you can't find it rename the "normal" bios file and rename to have that extension. Put that file in the root folder of an (ideally empty) FAT32 formatted USB drive. With the dead dell off, plug de usb drive, then the power plug and hold down Ctrl+ESC (simultaneusly) and hold until recovery menu appears on screen. You should see something that says "recover using USB". Select that option and let the system do its thing and hopefully it will boot. Good luck!
