Sometimes I prefer to use texting rather than face to face or audio communication because I can really think before I express my thoughts, especially in arguments. And I think some people don't think carefully before they talk, which ends up with frustrations. In texting or email, I can really do research or wait until my emotion stables, before I reply them.
