Your videos are really helpful. However, I am confused about the answer choice for PPD skin test for a patient who is living in a local homeless shelter and is an iv drug user. I was thinking the answer should rather be 10mm induration

Were these questions word for word in the hesi and nclex? Also what is the format of of the NGN nclex?
