    Eric, I'd love to see advice on how to find maintenance calories after a long period in a deficit. I have a lot of anxiety around adding calories back when it's time. I don't want to blow up and gain a ton of weight back.

What you eat in a day. Client interviews if possible. Understanding muscle groups and how they work together. Recipes of things you make. Weekly motivation videos. Maybe a collection of your weekly motivational Tik Toks.

    Hi Eric. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I always wonder if I’m doing this right because most of your examples are people much smaller than me. I used your formula to set my calorie goal to be in a deficit. I’m 5’6” 308lbs and I’m set to 2700 calories because my first goal is 280 so I’m allowing myself to eat between 2700 and 2800 calories. Is that correct? Also thank you for preaching consistency and mindset changes

    Coach E can you make a video on what it takes to be on track in terms of diet for people with crazy schedules...like can you show us what your successful clients have done? I find myself doing good on the first meal of the day, maybe second, but third meal i usually mess up and eat whatever, because i didnt implement, plan, prep etc. Convenience overrides will.

    Maybe you can do some vids on what exercise you would recommend for people with limited mobility. I'm 5'4 and 350lb (down 56lb so far) like what modifications to make to some of the stuff you've posted in the past. I've started with steps but am interested in adding in weights. I would love to get stronger!

    Can you do a video on losing weight when you’re plus size. I’m 250 and 5ft7in. What should be something’s I could incorporate into my weight loss journey. I’ve been learning a lot from your videos but I feel a lot of people don’t cater to the plus size crowd if that makes sense.

    Ideas for videos ( if they haven't already been created). Home workouts with no weights just body weight. And a video explaining your "big ass salad" as a meal. What does it consist of, amounts of toppings, how big is big? Do additional veggies on it count as more serving of veggies or all as one? Can I still use ranch? Lol

    Hello, I hope you read this and reply, haha. I defiantly love all your videos for they make sense and very informative! So, I'm on Tik Tok and I look up (e.g) "Low Calorie Breakfast Sandwich" and they state that it's only 354 but when I make the exact same thing with the exact same ingredients my calorie count is higher. After watching your 'Calorie Counting' video I've weighed everything in grams regardless of if it says 1 slice of bread is 70 calories but I weigh it and shows (and inputting it into MyFitnessPal) 45g (1 slice) = 85 calories. So am I better off making my own recipes as long as I'm weighing everything and alternating the ingredients I use?

    I’d love to see a video on how to accurately create a recipe in my fitness pal. This is my biggest struggle. I know how to measure all of the ingredients in grams for accuracy, but The only option I see in my fitness pal when creating a recipe is number of servings, so say I make a recipe and it’s 8 servings but I don’t want an entire serving or I want a little bit more…there is no option to accurately measure the serving in grams. I don’t know if this makes sense or not, maybe I’m overthinking it but this makes it hard to track things where there aren’t going to be an even amount per serving because you fixed it for family dinner or if you are eating somewhere and you’re trying to track it for yourself.

    Hey Eric! I would love to see a video on reverse dieting, doing fasted cardio and how to properly go through a body recomposition. You should also make a video on the best plan for body recomposition. Lately I’ve been trying to figure out how to do it, I’m stuck between wether I should I try to lose a ton of weight weight first then build muscle and work my calories up or should I try to build muscle and lose weight at the same time.

    Yes, I need to learn to be patient and not rush it, and trust the process 🤣 really appreciate your videos. I am once again lol, starting my weight loss journey to be healthy. My doctor has prescribed me ozempic injections once a week but I obviously need to be in a cal deficit and drink water and exercise. My doctor once again told me to go low carb, which I thought you didn't need to , and I like to eat bread and mash potato, I don't wanna give that up lol I love your no nonsense approach, it's refreshing tbh

    Do you have any great tips where you don’t have to track or count calories? I’ve done it for 3 years using MFP and it controls my entire day and mind! I’m not doing it anymore but I still have weight to lose. I’m 50 with hypothyroid and in menopause. I get more than 10,000 steps a day and I started strength training at home using KZread.     I have a video on how to lose weight without counting calories.. but just FYI... if you do counting calories the RIGHT way.. and not go over restrictive or label foods good and bad.. it makes things a lot easier ;)

    Video on any advice/knowledge you may have for Type 1 diabetics trying to lose weight. Losing weight is different when you have a hormonal (insulin) issue.

    I have question what’s if ur poor .. and can barely go grocery shopping and want to keep losing wieght I’m not trynna speed things up ect.. but I’ve been eating very low in calories it by choice but because I have no other choice I eat my macros correctly and don’t eat improper ect.. it’s just I’ve been eating significantly less than I need I’m afraid I will stop losing wieght or my body will try for some reason to gain back wieght even tho I’m not eating bad whatsoever intact I’m eating very intuively healthy like I have to lose the wieght where I am just not eating enough calories because I’m poor and don’t have much .. what should I do I never see anyone consider this makes me pretty mad .

    Perhaps losing rebound weight gain after being restricted. Do our bodies remember being restricted or can we diet again after rebounding in weight? Is this yo-yo dieting?
