Commander Keen 4 Ultimate Edition - Desert Town and ending

This video shows the Desert Town level, and the game's ending sequence, in the Commander Keen 4 Ultimate Edition mod. Desert Town is the mod's last level and has some similarities to the original Sand Yego. The game's ending sequence is a little different than the ending sequence in the original game (compare to "Well of Wishes and ending").

I didn't know there's such thing as ultimate edition. How is it different?
