Right. I'm passing it on.
Texas Roadhouse 35 North by McCoy's
My last visit to NB, I did not like the traffic. I'll be visiting again and see if there were any improvements. If not, I probably move outside of NB, or Texas altogether.

When was your last visit?
Just moved to Veramendi this month. There seems to be some issue that Highland Homes is facing with some of their lots and the survey that was done for the road running behind where Highland is building. All the home building for Highland is stopped until the city can make a decision

The flood plain homes right ?
Why are the developers not required to help with the improvements to the infrastructure? It seems all they do is build and reap the profits leaving the city and residents to pay for everything.

That’s not true. I was at the city council meeting last fall when city voted to finally put impact fees on developers. Watch our other videos. So when that happened the devotee rushed to get as many legal descriptions for future properties as possible before they had to start paying. My guess but I think that’s why Mayfair NOW has two developers to help absorb those upfront costs. Mayfair has had to develop their own infrastructure including bringing in water to start. Impact fees were on tax payers for the longest time. And when we cut that growth explosion, the city eventually pushed back. BUT residents land up paying for it in another way. Developers pass those fees onto the builders who pass them on to home buyers by adding a little more $ to the house

@@raadalawanrealtor Is Mayfair planning to add a MUD?

@@judymedina6143 I believe Mayfair is a MUD similar to Veramendi, yes. Expect a higher property tax until that infrastructure gets paid down year by year similar to Veramendi.
The city has gone overboard with the amount of “affordable” housing. They will all create significant demands for increased city services, resources and traffic impacts. Enough is enough, it’s time to slow down and get ahead of the demand with a more balanced approach to future growth.

Suggestions? Solutions?
Great video. Any insight as to why there is no interest in Veramendi? Is it a dying project?

Thank you. Did you listen to my insight about why?

Because commercial property is expensive? So developers are more interested in CREEKSIDE/Solms landing?
It would be cool if Walt Disney bought out Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
