I feel like bill burr makes regular comedians rethink their career
@toxicbreez4277
2 жыл бұрын
Nah he makes regular people rethink their self logic, and perspective of themselves and the world.
When he talks about Pryor having his perfect set he's right, but at the same time he had this moment twice. The philly rant was absolutely incredible, he turned THE most hostile crowd ever in 14 fucking minutes and his special "I'm sorry you feel that way" is so crazy good through its whole runtime, there is not a single bit that doesn't work. That man is a legend.
@johnfinnan5383

I watched pryor recently and for the most part I wasn’t impressed if I thought of it from today’s pov. If you were growing up back in the 70s then it was probably hilarious because it wasn’t like what was around at the time. So I can see why Bill always praises Richard Pryor and he’s too humble because as you’ve mentioned the philly rant was to me what Wanted was to Bill. Although the philly rant is significantly shorter
@86baydizzle

@harrysnothead8939 yeah, whenever I try to watch old stand up it's not that great now. Even old George Carlin sets aren't that good. It was a different time. I saw a Steve Martin set from Carson I think and even though the crowd was loving it I didn't laugh at all

That's not even the real truth, she was an important part of the story, her silence was the point. She saw him beating up a good man because she had said something about him, and never dared to say anything to him again after, afraid that he would kill people for it. It made sense when her sister talked about it at the end of the film.

She was smart with her interview. Bill can get bored but she knew how to reel him back in. I've seen Bill on other shows and they bomb because they can't hang. She did so good, I watched the whole thing! It helps that she's from the East Coast and funny in her own right.

Her names Whitney not she, don’t refer to Whitney as she like you can’t read the title of the podcast that you’re watching. Although you probably can’t because you think you know who can hang with bill (someone you’ve never ever met) based on the fact they’re from the east coast. The irony is you are the exact person bill would get bored with because you are a one dimensional plank of wood that acts like they know who bill is based off a few interviews. And thinking someone is from the east coast means anything is proof that Bill and Whitney would despise your boring life

"Zen State" is what you guys are looking for. Zen: Zen Brings creativity. If you want to be one with creation, you will learn ways of creativity. One way to be at one with creation is to be lost in the moment with creativity. A potter is lost in making pottery, lost while working the wheel, lost while forming the clay. That is the peak moment, where you touch Creation and Creation touches you. ~ Big G Pottery Wabi-sabi is the view or thought of finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. Just started finding podcasts for my new commute and you're hilarious in this one lol. Look forward to checking out more.
Love Dali! And the persistence of memory is the title of the melting clocks one so I can see why an audience would feel patronized lol but I do want to say I LOVED your newest special 💜
Both in great shape....."comedy been very, very good to me!"
Love that between Theo and Ethan, Burr has made a monster of a reputation of a Podcast Predator. People are afraid to even have him on lol

@@MisterTeckTHes the host of H3H3podcast. Burr wrecked him on the first one and they had a recent podcast were Burr played it down and was alot nice due to everyone calling Bill a bully.
Respect for Whitney that she handles Bill Burr like Rogan. Theo and H3 needed counselling after their podcasts.
This is one of the best podcast interviews with Bill
Whitney is awesome, I didnt know she had a podcast, I'm just getting into these things since quarantine times...her personality is so refreshing. I really dig that bubbly outgoing energetic quirky and offensive vibe. Her and bill are a great mix it's like happy angry and sarcastic angry tag teaming topics its fucking great, comedic porn if you will. And tell me how she doesnt age at all, fucking gorgeous.
Hi, I have depersonalization disorder and not many friends, this podcast helps. thanks

Just listening to this and not watching while I hammer out work... These two are absolutely amazing but I noticed just how cute Whitney's laugh is. Love it. What a fucking amazingly entertaining pair. MOAR PLZ! thx
That's RIght Great interview Whitney! Big Burr fan and this is my favorite interview I've seen of him.
