I get giggle whenever I hear charcuterie boards. My whole life my family and friends did the exact same thing and we all called it a buffet 😃 Times have changed 😂

We always called it a veggie tray and it often time had cheese.

Love how intense you are making your masterpiece of food. I can feel the love going into your work. As always it was great being in the kitchen with you today.

What a pleasure it has been being with you to prepare this. I felt like I was right there.

The beauty happened right before our eyes. Fabulous! Absolutely gorgeous. Loved the candy board that the girls made. Such fun memories for them.

Love the Easter candy charcuterie!

Dear Renea, I loved it when the music was playing and you gently looked to your camera and gave us a beautiful smile!! I never worry about anything not being cleaned & sanitized in your kitchen!! (You can make a meal for me anytime without wearing gloves, I'd have not a problem with that ever.) I always wondered how to do the meat flowers... now I can do them for a platter that I'm hosting for Mother's Day (and Volunteer at), our Elks Club here in Agassiz, BC, Canada . And the sweet smooch Mr. Wayna gave you...lovely! Those boards were absolutely gorgeous, and chalker-block full. And the girls!!!......helping with the dessert board, such a precious memory for you all. I have a question if you don't mind. Was there condensation on the trays that made the crackers soft, and the cheese go a little milky? I am planning a board for our Mother's Day Gathering. And, are the girls sisters?? They are so happy & polite!! thanx for sharing this video!!

Stella and Nae Nay are sisters and sadie( blond hair) is their cousin. No the trays hold up beautifully. If they are going to set out then you can get a tub of ice and set them on it to keep it all cool.

Renae I don’t know how you do all you do!! I must admit I watched it all but I did fast forward through the rolling of all that meat and the placing of all the crackers etc I was amazed how much you managed to fit on those two trays and they looked beautiful! I wish you had taken the camera and given us a closer look and also of the dessert one that you and your grandkids made it was so adorable enjoying watching them! If you had said let’s all dig in now and enjoy this dessert one I could just see the expressions on those kids faces! I’m sure when the time came they thoroughly enjoyed it! I love the idea of making those snack boards and are a great idea instead of a large meal I absolutely love it and I am definitely going to borrow it for our next family get together!! The air in the chips bag is intentional and part of the package design. It’s not wasted packaging. The air creates a “pillow” so that chip breakage is minimized.

Lol, I am out of my home canned salsa. I have to make more and more this year.

I put celery or celery seeds, onion, bell peppers, cheddar cheese cubes in my macaroni salad. My family doesn't like a lot of veggies in it.

Hello, you are quite lucky that you do not have people with so many dietary restrictions! I find it difficult to have dinner parties or get together's when you have friends and family that cannot eat all the things that are staples to have for the parties! Plus the things that they can eat are truly expensive!
