Hello! Come figure skating with me and see what a typical day as a figure skater looks like as an adult ice skater :) All of these clips are from different days. Somehow I don't have any clips of my on ice warmup routine so I added in an old clip from a past moves test.
When I switch to jumps and spins, I usually try to start with back spins and scratch spins. Then I'll move to more difficult spin positions and combos from my programs. It depends on the day or session but this is typically what I do when I go skating
