Dimash is incomparable, not to Celine nor any singer in the world. he is in a league of his own. no one can do what he does, go lowest of the lows and highest of the high. a total package, a true phenomenon. best vocalist (technically) in the world, sings outstandingly in all registers (from baritone to soprano) across all genres (opera, pop, jazz, rock and even rapping) and even plays 8 musical instruments. not just a singer but a complete musician. world-class. he is the GOAT! dont put a requirement on how many likes of this video for you to react to him again. he certainly doesnt need that. he also finishes soon his PhD in Music. soon to be Dr Kudaibergen, he has a musical education which started at age 5. consider it an honour to be reacting to the GrandMaster of music. I still stand by his first international performance in 2017 on Chinese Singer. It’s still my favorite and pulled me in to his world. There was absolutely no lip syncing on that competition.

While I do get the sailor and the sos thing, it’s actually a song from Starmania…it is a French-Canadian cyberpunk rock opera written in 1976 with the music score by Michel Berger and the lyrics by Luc Plamondon. In the opera the lead character is Johnny Rocket and he is singing S.O.S. when Crystal, the love of his life has been killed while fighting extraterrestrials who are trying to take over the earth. It is a song of self-doubt about his life and whether he wants to go on living. At this point he wants to be taken up into the heavens. Starmania has been translated into many languages and has been performed in English by Tom Jones and many other famous singers. The song S.O.S. has been popular ever since it was written because I think it speaks to everyone’s self-doubt which we all feel at some time in our lives. Dimash performs this in its original language. French is one of nine languages he speaks. Dimash makes you feel every single emotion the character is going through in the opera in his performance. Why do I live…why do I die. In many performances of S.O.S. he will drop to his knees just as Johnny Rocket does in the opera, weeping over his lost love while holding her in his arms telling her to sleep child. No one on the planet has ever sung this so perfectly as Dimash.
