Jordan Travis being injured is a big reason why they didn’t make it. Because one of the criteria for playoff spots is having all your stars and Florida state didn’t and Alabama did so that’s why Bama got in over FSU not to mention they beat number 1 Georgia

Probably should have shown the selection committee broadcast when Alabama showed up instead of Florida State. That was FSU’s “There goes your playoff chances” moment.

MAD respect for the love Kirby showed Milroe at the end there.

UNC and Louisville with one loss each already lost their playoff chances as the committee would have never put a one loss ACC team in. We all know it.

I think Mizzou's chance went away with the loss to LSU. It was always gonna be a loss against GA in GA. They should have won the LSU game

Georgia lost the SEC in their first national championship run. Alabama is not a better team Saban just has their number. Georgia should have not have been out of the cfp and could have potentially beaten Michigan (again). The bias for Alabama is crazy

​@@kdfan35 If that were the case, yes. Assuming they win this week against the Vikings, they go from 6-11 to 12-5. That's absolutely grounds for an MVP conversation. Goff takes the team from last place to first place in their division and 3rd in the NFC.

If only Georgia won that game, not only Alabama and Texas wouldn’t have been in the playoffs, but Georgia would’ve made it with Florida State. I’m not a Florida State fan, but they should’ve gotten better. The day of the SEC championship, there were a bunch of Florida State fans at a restaurant (I don’t remember the name of the restaurant) but they said “We’re all Georgia fans today” because if Georgia lost, Florida State would not go.

Committee made the right call with Alabama over Florida State. FSU’s best win was Alabama’s 3rd best, and FSU was obviously a much worse team without Travis
