I’ve been watching you for a while and I want to say, thank you for motivating me and keep me going. I work 12 hour shifts here at Amazon and it’s exhausting. Me and my girlfriend watch your videos and just started saving for a carwash, i’m 20 and she is 19 and we have a 1 year old so this definitely inspires me to keep pushing and not work a job forever. @@giogt955 if you don't mind customer service, get your independent adjuster license. If you're going to work 12 hours everyday, why not make 3k a week doing it.

Love your channel, can do a video on maintaining the equipment. Things like adjust soap , wax flow. How long each tub if soap lasts? Things about regular maintenance. Thanks alot, I hope 2022 is a fantastic year for you!

Thats pretty solid income dude. It will be interesting to see what winters do here in Utah and heavy snow. Other operators tell me it can actually be a big money maker if the streets get spread with the red nasty salt they use to melt the ice because it makes a mess of your car.

I have the single and triple vending machines from laurel with electronic. I accept only tokens. After a few adjustments they work pretty well

Get a Vending machine like the ones they use for drinks and chips but put everything you can think of putting like towels, air fresheners, tire wipes, glass cleaners, etc. that way your customer can also pay touch less electronic. I wish we still have manual Carwash like yours where I live.

How and where do you look for car washes for sale

Have you considered the coin op air compressors / tire inflators? I was talking to a friend yesterday who went to several places to find one to inflate a low tire and ended up going to the car dealer for air. Surprised me since I have an air compressor but it could be a draw for new customers.

Find a car wash deal and try to partner up with someone who has the funds.

How much leasing should I pay for a carwash that make between 6-8k monthly (I think). I talk to the owner and he said his carwash has potential to make 10k monthly but I haven’t hear his real numbers

That’s very low income. If you were to take rent and expenses out of 6-8k a month you’d be left with not much. Rent can’t be more than $1000 per month. If car wash is run down then can build it up to 12-14k
