These metal parts are formed with NEDMAX from Nedschroef Machinery. NEDMAX forms large-diameter parts from 28 to 36 mm and with product lengths up to 400 mm. The machine is designed to cold form parts from wire and slugs. An automatic tool changer and a good changeover concept makes the interference of the operator is reduced to the absolute minimum. The in-line wire drawer (optional) reduces the material cost significantly (€55/ton) compared to using pre-drawn wire.
