I already love the game but if they add a lot of unique weapons and armor and generate more unique places to explore It will be such an insane game. I'm dreaming of a game like this but with skyrim-like quests. That combined with the multiplayer this has and the building and everything, I would never go outside.

@@liammccarthy9388 I think I heard they're working on 4 new biomes and bring the total number of bosses up to 9. (More sure about the boss news than the biome news)

I’m nowhere near as creative as he is either, his designs are more intricate, mine are very functional and made to be as tough as possible, I have a keep that can withstand a troll bashing on its walls for a good while

Literally same. My stupid head decided a sizable island connected to my main continent via a 200 or so ft shallow channel would be an amazing base as there's 1 direction to defend from. Didnt realize how uneven or large it was til I took out all the trees. This is gunna be a TASK, but once it's done I may very well end up with something epic like Cohh made. Already have my boat dock done also so I can go explore when I get bored of smoothing the planet lol

@@serjuanpaolo after mining out a small hill at the sea for 5 days(about 10 rl hours per day) and pretty much eradicating any trees in eyesight i am now comming to the flattening the ground ... I wikk report back in about another 3 days i guess. The realy horryfing aspect though is collecting even more stone for the castle i have in mind to put on there :)

I thought that Quin built a barn for animals at first and only after that I realized that it was his home. While Cohh built Thor's fortress from Asgard. Sadge.

And I thought my 7x12 hut with a chimney was impressive it even has windows

out of all the builds, this is probably my most favorite because it is well thought out and put together.

this is sooooo pleasing to look at, and the main hall just blew me away!!

Building in Valheim is fantastic. It's a healthy mix of irritating, exciting, and overall satisfying. There are still tricks I'm sure I could learn, but overall I'm loving it. I've considered showcasing my own builds too

This is my first time playing this kind of game and I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would. it took me a while to understand the building mechanics, but each one is getting better. I am having so much fun just building forts. I actually wish you could create tunnels instead of just digging straight down, so you could build an underground lair.

This is incredible. I did not know you could build something to this scale! I just started last night and got a small hut and workbench.

Very Impressive and very inspiring. I just enjoy seeing how players have used their creativity to build things and put their own stamp on creating something.

I would be interested how much of the map you have explored, where you started, how you decided on your base placement, if you had a system for exploring/progressing, etc.

I doubt he'll be making an update video as he's done with the game for now til there's more content in it. I do believe his seed is cohhLetho, same as the emote for his channel. Iirc this base is north of the starting area by a decent amount and he said he chose that spot cause it was a nice small meadow beside a black forrest that covered most of the land of the island with i believe some swamp futher away also. He explored a decent chunk of the map, going up n down coasts as it took him some time to find Holder the trader. As for a system for explore/progress? Didnt seem like it. He just kinda went out on his boat and filled it with the resource he was looking for. He did use the cart to bring silver down from the mountains to his boat though

I was so inspired by this, I spent about 30 hours re-creating the whole thing to use on my server. Super fun to build! just got half the boathouse, the bedroom, and the wall to go. The resources required for something this size is insane.
