Lost my mom.. we were both too young. Through depression I battled my demons with alcohol…. “They’re coming for ME!” This song means SO much to me… it reminds me of what I’ve been through and the path that I’m on…. Thank you Claudio & Co. ❤ I hope you know how much you mean to me, your fans, and the rest of the Children of the fence . 2 decades of spectacular music to enjoy! Can’t ask for more!

This also might be mind shattering to you, but the music of SSTB and IKSSE3 (most if not all, but I think Claudio had started really visualizing characters during recording/touring IKSSE3) In fact the first panel of "The Amory Wars" i saw was a preview of Jesse and Chase. The Amory Wars is the continuing "conceptual" in all of Coheed's albums (with a very notable exception). Like how Rush's 21:12 is universally considered a concept album? Or Iron Maiden's Powerslave album? Or pretty much any iron Maiden album? Or Pink Floyd's "The Wall" "The Amory Wars" is the same thing, it just stretches MANY albums, and it existed in concept and application before the first graphic novel was printed. "Officially" the graphic novels are canon. These are just facts. Like you said, chill out Also perhaps I knew exactly who I was commenting too and realized it was a joke. Just because I still went on to explain why doesn't mean I was doing it in a condescending way.

Clearly this song is about Claudio accepting the fact that he was originally a robot raised as a human, him accepting his origin, and the fact that he himself will never die since he can jump to another body. (EDIT) I didn't know that Claudio was technically a robot in the Amory Wars so this is hilarious looking back at it.
