This roaster has been on my radar for quite a while now and I wonder if you have found any issues over time using it? I'm thinking of going the same route without the Smola module .

1. Please take note that everytime before you turn on the machine, the power control knob on the right side must set to ZERO. If not, it may kill the triac board easily due toi power surge. 2. The triac power control board is the only wear and tear part. I had replaced it twice over the past 2 years.

How did you setup your temperature probes?

temperature probe is inside the tube which located at the bottom side where hot air is blowing. It comes with the machine

not without a voltage converter. 220v only

i bought the model without the SMOLA module, instead, i use my own design to monitor the temperature profile.
