In Canada, we have a chocolate bar called (Mounds or Bounty), which is coconut & chocolate. I'm going to substitute in some bittersweet chocolate chunks. Coconut mororccan ghriyba is made with fine semolina not all purpose flour, flavoured with orange and it's made without choclate . This is a cookie and not ghriyba

No se por qué se llaman de coco si tiene solo 30 gramos ..

Just made these and they are super yummy. I increased the coconut quantity and added 3/4th cup coz I like more coconut. I could not get the white snow caps as much as I got them when I made the red velvet crinkle cookies. But that's ok, coz they taste super delish !

Attention ne mettez pas la totalité du sucre prévu sinon vos cookies seront trop sucrés. Moi mes cookies se sont complètement étalés pendant la cuisson. Je n’ai pas eu des boules comme elle au final mais des biscuits tout plats et ils se sont collés entre eux. Je pense qu’il aurait fallu plus de farine.
