I love Cobus is almost hitting his shoulder blades with the energy he is imparting into those drum sticks. They must be Titanium painted to look like wood.

After almost 10 years. This is the best duo i’ve ever seen.

Best thing about this; at the end when Cobus claims he couldn't take the pressure, Atom simply says 'Come on, you sounded great!". Great musicianship.

11 years later and at nearly 33 years old, this gives me goosebumps like the very first time.... I regret not continuing my drumming journey... life sometimes just kicks in...

About once a year I come back to this video and watch it again and every time it's just as good as I remember it being. Easily one of the coolest videos on KZread!

I love Atom. And he's on his own journey through the rock universe it seems. And I bet you've checked him out playing with Against Me!, He continues to really enrich any band he's playing in. They should all be very lucky to have him. Great drummer, great guy.

For some reason when I get a new pair of headphones or earbuds I listen to this legendary duet.

This is my all-time favorite AvA song and this drum cover just makes it so much better.

Joseph Pixton it does me. raises my heart rate and shortens my breath. I'm a drummer and the energy felt in this video is how I describe my drumming style. (although I started in the 80's lol)

Every year I watch this something new gets me. Like at the end when Cobus is wailin on his set and they’re going back n forth

When atom remove his glasses you can see and feel that he is giving his everything and that this song has a meaning also for him.

Atom is the nicest rockstar I ever met, was over ten years ago but how nice he was still makes an impression on me

Two years since I last commented - love rewatching this video...........because of Cobus whenever something amazing happens to me I say - Dude, that was next level!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t know just how much I needed to watch this 🤯😭 I loved when Atom took his glasses off so he could really bring the song home

the whole time you just can't help but smile to watch someone achieve such an honor, drumming with a drummer who has made it through music and to see the energy and fun the two are having. this is fantastic

its 2019 and i still watching this video. Atom is the beast !

Besides being an incredibly creative "song drummer" (meaning a drummer that thinks songwise, aiming to build the best for the track), Atom is just pure joy to watch. His live drumming is aesthetically entertaining.

This video introduced me to Atom Willard when I was just starting out on the kit and I’ve followed his career since, such a kickass drummer in everything he does.

The energy and the passion in this video is absolutely immense

Atom's drumming was one of my fave things about this era of AVA. Rad. Great job dude. You and this vid rip!

I'm back for my monthly viewing. So much awesome in this video. I miss Atom in AvA. He had lots of energy and personality live with AvA!

I've been going back and watching Atom Willard content hoping to spread some positivity toward his speedy recovery! Such a great video and cover, you can tell he genuinely loved doing this with you. Watching you guys feed off of each other is what making musing is all about!

5:32 this video was posted the first year of me playing drums,I remember watching that part of the video and thinking to myself all I want to do for the rest of my life is play drums! This was my main inspiration to play (really Cobus in general) ever since then I have had a lot of awesome opportunities, I owe a lot to cobus 👌🏾

The emotion & energy in this is what I feel every time I sit at a drumkit.

This is the only video that I watch over and over again. The reason why is because of the drum solo where Atom takes off his glasses and just goes at it, just jamming like crazy... Gives me fucking goose bumps all the time. Greetings Cobus! Fucking bad ass.
