Cobb Front Mount Intercooler Install How-To: 2014-15 Ford Fiesta ST (701502)

Installing a COBB Front Mount Intercooler in your Fiesta ST is surprisingly easy! The COBB FMIC is a direct bolt in install and will connect to both stock chargepipes, but is optimal with Cobb's chargepipes.
If you've never removed your bumper before, it will take you about three hours start to finish, but an experienced installer can do this in about 90 minutes.

Protip: A Flexible Bit Driver is INVALUABLE - get one of these or a flexible ratchet for removing the 3x 8mm bolts securing the bumper each fender. This will save you around 40 minutes over trying to do it with a small ratchet inside the fender.

nah shouldn't even take that long, longest part looks like removing the bumper

If your mechanically inclined 2-2.45 hrs if not then 3.5+ hrs.. either way start the job in the morning so you don't run out of daylight

You can buy them from Whoosh Motorsports. They're expensive, though.
