Tube bending machines with one or two bending heads, left and/or right hand in-process bending, fixed or variable radii, up to four sets of RH mounted tooling and four sets of LH mounted tooling. Loading and unloading devices are also integrated as an option.
Many are the product and process innovations that have been offered over the years, including the manufacture of variable radii in space with universal tooling designed to produce various sized radii, with the help of simple graphic programming.

Very nice. Just what I need. But I'm sure these machines must cost a fortune.
This is a helpful video, about CNC bending in the sense that it is a very extensive inventory of techniques. At 0:50 we see that these machines will work with rectangular section tubing. At 1:50 we see the diameters of tubes being stretched, presumably so that one will telescope over another. At 2:35 we see the ID over a slit tube being tapped for threads. This is especially useful for making a threaded axial adjuster, and then clamping it at a final position after the position of the mating part has been set. All through the video rather complex out-of-plane bending is done. And since the material feed is robotic the first human hands touch your part is when it gets put on a truck for shipment.

I worked in tube bending plant, but nothing like this. These machines are elegantly designed. They look like world class machine. I would love to work with kind of technology.

I work on this machines , even the older ones , they are very fast machines and the new full electric are very precise ,but i still prefer my old 520 with iso standard programming

Congratulations for this great work ,but i have question. In this video from time 1:11 to 1:15 when the tube in bending process It's rotating by the clamp. Can you tell me the effects of this rotation and reference for it. Thank you.
