CNC carved in 3D The Last Supper on cherry wood.

Carved The Last Supper using cherry wood using the ‪@OnefinityCNC‬ and ‪@vectric‬ The dimensions are 16x9x.90. This was a single bit project, which I love. I used a 1/32 tapered ball nose then finished with tung oil, enjoy!

How long did it take to carve this project? Thinking about doing one for my church. Did you get the file on etsy? Thanks!

This one took approx 2 hours but it didn’t come out as clean. If you look real closely lines can be seen, so my step over was off. So if I really wanted to clean it up by sanding then this project would have been longer.

I’d love to but I’m currently in the middle of a move and will be behind in videos unfortunately. But I’ll keep it in mind when I get back up and running. Thanks for the kind words!

I did not make this file. I was able to get it off one of the many FB groups I follow. Unfortunately I can’t remember which.

1:48 45 degree miter lines are visible near the corners. I suspect this is due to deflection of the bit

Was that done with just one blade? Amazing!

It was done with two bits. First was with a 1/4 end mill for the profile cut then a tapered ball nose for the 3d cut. Thank you for the kind words!

Very intricate piece of work brother. Where did you get the vector file. This work should sell well

Thank you! If I remember correctly I bought it off Etsy. I believe I’m a ok cnc/vectric operator but I’m definitely a horrible seller. Most of what I make are usually gifts. Hopefully one day I can do more in the selling.

This project took a few hours, which to me was kind of quick for the size. I believe it went fast because my step over was a tad big, which left lines that I had to sand. Thanks for the kind words!
