What is the thickness of your board for the inlay design? It seems like the bit goes in quite deep so I am assuming the board is 3/4” thick?
I can’t wrap my noodle around how you make the end grain blanks for the inlays. They look too thin for a regular clamp glue up and too tall to rip at a bandsaw 🤔
