I was diagnosed with CML June 14th, 2023. I am taking sprycel, I have been on sprycel for two weeks, the fatigue is very bad. I am walking daily and napping, things seem to be improving slowly.

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis and fatigue. It is good that your WBC is in the normal range. That mean that the drug is working. The chances of recover are very good if you take your medicine. It will take several years to get that point so please keep taking your medicine. Here is a video on being able to stop the drug: kzread.info/dash/bejne/q4icpZWJkcazg7w.html -Stephen

Thank you for your comment. It is possible to become a mother while you have CML. Usually people need to stop taking their drugs before becoming pregnant. It is best to talk to your doctor about stopping your drug. Here is an article that has more information: www.lls.org/leukemia/chronic-myeloid-leukemia/treatment/fertility-and-pregnancy

Thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Here is to hoping that it is just chronic phase CML. I understand the feeling about being depressed because of the multiple biopsies. I struggled with those feelings in the beginning too. Fortunately, once you get a diagnosis you should have fewer (if any at all) bone marrow biopsies.

@@surajpathak6179 Sorry to hear about the fever. It takes a little bit of time for the body to get adjusted to the new medicine. If you keep having issues with the fever, you need to let your doctor know.
