Thank you so much. I was about to set my van on fire. I’m also glad to see that I’m not the only one that couldn’t figure it out. I guess because the parts catalogue for the T5 VW shows the small o-ring and the cap/seal thingy both installed. Either way, I’ll give this a go. Thanks again and fingers crossed.

That is the seal or seal example. The video is saying how the seal isn't installed out of the parts box. But it is sitting on the correct location! It still needs to be firmly pushed on to seal and locate correctly.

@@boosthit811 Nice one cheers, I have an insignia but it looks similar design right pita, the clutch master failed, eventually got that sorted and then the problem moved somewhere else, fluid leaking from underneath but you could bleed it temp and the clutch would come back so not the slave so I am guessing it's this little bugger, thanks again you're a star.

This looks like the one I have, exactly, and I have in on Citroen Xantia 2nd gen.. the connection seems to be widely used between manufacturers, Citroen number of the rubber is 215615 and can be bought alone, and the black plastic on the pipe comes with the pipe. but you should of course check your vehicle parts catalog if you are not sure

Hello, kindly assist me, I try moving my car this morning and when I try to get it in gear it won’t even move but the reverse gear would make a very loud noise, but after a few minutes of turning the car back off and going back to try to move it, I put the car in gear before I started the car and it worked just fine. Hope you get sorted
