The idea that he passed away for like 9 years ago and people still remember him in the most beautiful way is so inspiring ! I just knew his story yesterday from the movie and I can say that he gave me amount of hopes that I've never had in my life ♥️🥺 What a great inspiration fighter!

@@feliciagentry4619 cancer attacks organs and tissue in the body. It's not like a virus so it's very possible that he ultimately died because the cancer caused his lung to collapse

@@hotlatino7220 I think you nailed it when you said she meant well. His voice was really struggling at times and I felt she was trying hard to support him. But people will hear it the way they hear it. I've played in groups where someone had problems and someone else stepped in to help. It was always appreciated by the person struggling.

I cried the last 30 minutes of the movie. I heard this song but I didn’t knew the background story up until I saw the movie.

Zach died seven years ago and were still crying That is a true mark left on the world

I am fighter stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has spread to my liver, bones and lymph nodes. I just read the Clouds book and Zach definitely gave me a different perspective in life. Instead of thinking of cancer of a death sentence, I look at it as something in my life that will help me grow, help others and get me closer to spending eternity with OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! At his age he could've handled things so differently and he chose this path because he is a kind, humble and loving person. He wanted to help others (like myself). I want to live like Zach! Life goes on with or without cancer, so I can either watch it pass me by or I can choose to live. I choose to live!!

He did more than try. He succeeded in touching so many peoples lives and still does!! Every time I watch a Zach Sobiech preformance or listen to his song or watch a video about him. It makes me feel that I personally know him. He has taught me so much and I can’t express it enough.

I read a lot of comments about Zach's voice being terrible in this video or that he was a terrible singer. His lungs were filled with cancer and he had so much trouble singing during this concert, but wanted to much to reach people who loved him.

The sad part is that most people wont get the lesson that this bright, courageous young man is trying to teach us... it's not about being a good singer, it's not about crying about the loss of life, it's about having the chance to live! It's about the love we share with others without worrying about how we look, how we sound. It's setting all inhibitions aside and letting those you love know just how much their love meant in your life, How much richer their love made your life. It's about being able to say goodbye in a way that will never die! It's a way of saying "yes I'm dying, but damn didn't we live, didn't we love?"!!! We all need to learn to let go and just love despite what others may think we look or sound. If we all shared our feelings with the ones we love like it is the last chance we will have then never again would we have regrets when tomorrow never comes. So sad that adults who have had the chance to live a lifetime never seem to learn what this young man learned at such a young age. THINK PEOPLE THINK!

This was an 18 year old kid, facing death and wanting to make an impact. I never knew of him until seeing a clip of the movie. To face death with such positivity and wanting to make people happy....is just phenomenal. He's singer, even when his so sick. He has a beautiful voice, a beautiful message and I am in tears at his strength. RIP. You looked death in the face and said, you won't take me down without a fight. Such strength ❤

He faced death like any warrior on any battlefield, with half a lung, a body destroyed by cancer and chemo, and a heart bigger than anyone I know. Beautiful. Reminds me of Terry Fox and what he did.

Watched his movie almost a year ago, I literally wanted to bawl my eyes out. I’m sure he is performing beautiful music up in heaven.

I've never cried so much for a movie it hurts more knowing it's about a real person 😭😭 at least he could do what he loves for the rest of his short life. I wish I knew of him before he passed, he had so much talent and I'm glad we get to hear his music/voice forever. Life can be hard. It continues to touch me, the song, the film, the story. Everyone is going through something or knows people who have also had cancer or another illness, etc... Life is unfair sometimes. My mother also had cancer, she caught it just in time.

And to bring joy to all of us! That’s just... I sincerely hope Zach's memory lives on forever. I'm 30 years old, and I had not heard his story until Disney made it into a movie. I am currently reading Mrs. Sobiech's book, and trying to find any original music from Zach and Sammy still on the internet so I can help to spread the message. And may I just say.. The hateful comments on this video make my blood boil, but they are reflective of the awful times we live in. Zach was able to shine a light not only through the darkness in his life, but is now shining a light through the darkness in mine and millions of others. Thank you, Zach. I wish I could have known you.

It's horrible. God definitely needed another Angel. Amazing young man he was..

I first heard his story on Soul Pancake's My Last Days and cried for days afterwards. Almost 8 years later, it still gets me. I saw the movie on Disney + and was ugly crying. This young man's story changed something in me. May he continue to live on though his music.

Even though he was very sick he still take up the courage to sing up the stage. He doesn’t let the cancer affects him. Brave guy until the end.❤

I've seen the movie CLOUDS over and over and over again, I 8 crying for movies but I couldn't just hold this, I hate to see people in pains 😢. This part got me "If only I had a little bit more time" RIP champ!

I'm crying a lot when watching the movie CLOUD and I start to search Zach's full music🥺and it's so sad💔 Btw 2024 now and anyone here?

Just imagine how good he could have been if a miracle could had happened and Zach could have lived Rest in peace Zach we will never forget you

Don’t assume anything about Zach or the movie if you haven’t even watched it. If it seems “funny” you are a horrible person. Him and his family went through so much and you are not being cool by making fun of people who cried during the movie

i’m glad everyone just got a fresh reminder about you and your story, rest in peace man.

Zach was an amazing singer even during this concert but this concert in particular he had a hard time singing you could just hear the difference in his voice when he talked his lungs where filled with cancer

Lost my beloved sister to cancer on 02/21. Miss her terribly. This Song always brings me to tears.

This guy right here has taught me to live life .... I cried while seeing his movie..... RIP

You can always start turning your life around, it's not easy and it's definitely a process when it comes to mental health. But each day is as good as an every other one to start, start making a change, making the first step even if the there's 1000 more steps to go. Believe me it's worth it and you can definitely do it. There's nothing to loose but so much to win❤️

He is remembered as he said.As a fighter who didn’t lose

I have sarcoma they found some nodules and crap in my lungs... I couldn't imagine even how he had the energy to strum the chords let alone sing so wonderful! He is amazing, & you are all amazing! There is Not a single day goes by I do not think of Zach!!

Jordan Smith Just because they love God. Doesn't mean its a "religious" thing. Jesus died for relationship not religion :) Something a lot of people do not and in some cases never understand

"In the truest sense of the word, he spread the love of Our Father." Is quite a biased remark, so it may be best to keep that part out, and simply say something i do not doubt, "God loves you, Zach"

whats wrong with people expressing their religious beliefs...? they have every right to do that. freedom of speech and freedom of religon...

This is a beautiful song. Zach was a beautiful songwriter. I can't believe he was able to sing with lungs ridden by tumors.
