Close Grip Push Ups

Begin in a plank position with the hands just inside the shoulders. Lower the body doing a push up making sure to keep the elbows at the side. The body should be lowered until the upper arms are parallel to the ground or slightly below. It's important to keep the abdominals engaged and perform for the desired number of repetitions.
Exercise Variations
* Perform from knees (easier)
* Add weight (i.e. weight vest, sandbag, etc.)
* Slow down the movement
