Blum products are outstanding. We have used Blum products and equipment for over 30 years. The web site provides a nice overview and the catalog is in-depth. ONE THING that is missing is an interactive matrix to build a hinge order or hardawre package quickly and confidently..it may sound rudimentary but when you order a 100 hinges and the wrong hinge arm cover it is time and money in delays. Interactive program: pick an opening, choose a hinge, choose a mounting plate, choose accessories...print. I know you guys can do it.....Give one of your shop managers a set of millwork shop drawings and your catalog and let him put together a Blum hardware order...and see how complicated it is. If you are cutting edge then BE CUTTING EDGE. Trying to put together an order from your catalog is archaic. Thank you

@@BlumInc This is not so user friendly, and as USA builders, having to convert measurements to mm is tedious and time consuming. These conversions should be built into the spreadsheet. But there should be a FAR greater ease in choosing the correct products. It's like there are almost too many options to the point where it'd be slightly easier and less confusing to build cabinets to the instructions on the hinge versus trying to buy the exact hinge AND the exact mounting plate that's right for the job...

What consealed full overlay Blum hinge do you recommend for 36mm thick doors?

What Hinge and Mounting plate is used for a 1/2 in. Door Overlay on a Frameless cabinet?

Hi there! It sounds like you'll need a 71B3550 hinge and a 173H7130 plate. You'll also need to bore 5mm off the edge of your door to achieve a ½ inch overlay.

Is there a hinge that would work with a partial inset lipped door?
