    Sometimes the differences in CliftonStrengths Results with others makes it extremely challenging to see eye-to-eye and work with each other. But there are ways to work constructively together towards a common goal without having to detract from each other. What are your thoughts? What ways do you work with others? Or, what approach have you taken to make a difficult working relationship more constructive (and thus move forward)?

    Asking why, not how, helps with connecting with self and others. Sharing with others your results--great idea!!!

    Yes. Asking Why helps get clear on motivations (both others and your own) it helps to get the assumptions out in the air and then everyone’s able to put the focus back on the goal and vision (and away from each other’s differences). Thanks for commenting!
