This video missed the strengths, so I’ll add some: -Excellent brainstorming for solutions -Independently thinks through and evaluates those ideas -Refines plans to something more likely to work Suggestions: -Schedule time to think while focused on a specific problem -As your internal dialog runs, take notes -When your mind wanders, you could be coming up with a new connection, but if not just refocus on the problem -Find someone who can help you evaluate the ideas -Look for a position that requires unusual solutions or where brainstorming is an important part
