Go for it! I would even encourage you to do what’s bubbling inside of you at your 90s. Just be sure you’re doing it because you genuinely want that for yourself. Good luck and best of wishes to you. 💛🍀

I know Ernestine shepherd personally she lives here in Baltimore. She does a 3 mile walk once a month..... Actually it's tomorrow
