Fatherless behavior. No coincidences for their actions. Somebody wrongs them they just wrong them back 10x worse instead of reaching solutions. These people are taught to be violent and disrespectful cause that's the only way to survive if you can't work and be a productive member of society. I worked with a couple high school kids recently, They couldn't read the directions I wrote down for them because I used too many big words like "coordinate" and they couldn't even spell the name of the city they lived in. It's a damn shame what is happening to Americans and I don't think its by chance, and my state says these kids deserve 16.50 an hour to sweep the floor. where is the incentive to learn when you can just be trash not to mention it's cool today to be trash.

Sitting cops? We're in a hiring deficit nationwide. All cities are understaffed. This is not a murder, rape, or assault. This is not a robbery. Even streets where cars are broken into nightly don't get "Security" by cops. That is all in the past now. Why? Because DA's let people go loose. Those who were thinking about entering law enforcement are now discouraged. That is also why they left law enforcement.

I empathize with all of these people and their complaints. God do I. Just close the parks at a certain time. Maybe put a chain link on the entrance after a certain time?? The other day I was in a restaurant and a nice looking young lady who sitting at a table near me was wearing a nice white sweater However, written on the front of this nice white sweater were sown on big black letters that spelled the words "FUCK OFF'. I thought to myself, " why would she think that was appropriate to wear out to a restaurant while out on a date? WHY?" Especially since this is a restaurant where there are many families with kids who frequent it. Also, this girl and her boyfriend clearly reeked of weed which I'm sure they smoked in the car on the way over to the restaurant. UGH!!! Ruined my dinner. Ended up just paying the bill, boxing our food up and leaving. Class, self respect, and common courtesy for others is dying. All I see out there is a generation of self indulgent, narcissistic kids with pink, blue, green hair dressed like slobs in their yoga pants, tattoos, ear rings the size of hula hoops and eyelashes that look was brooms all staring at their phones 24/7 taking selfies. I know I sound like an old man, and I am one(in my 50's). But, I grew up at a time where my parents taught me about common courtesy towards others, self responsibility, and class. My dad was an iron worker and we were very working class. However, you don't have to have a lot of money to have class.

Perhaps about 8 to 10 years ago there was a White Cleveland Police officer who was appearing in court with a young Black male who the officer had cited for loud music in a vehicle. The Black female judge seemed to think the officer was picking on this male in a racial manner. She dismissed case, saying that it was a cultural thing for Blacks to play loud music. The irony was that the officer was trying to explain that he didn't pick this male, that he was responding to an assignment because dispatch had received several calls from residents of the all-Black neighborhood complaining about the loud music.

The crazy thing is this was how the genre of Hip-Hop music originally started back in the day & surprisingly enough even on a much bigger level than this. However the difference is the pioneers of Hip-Hop did it with respect & with good intent purpose for neighborhood communities. DEI. Those systems are so overdone, obnoxious, and stupid. Like trying to put bigger rims on a honda to out do all the other big rims so u got 33 inch rims and cant even drive it just to have big rims and sit there tryin to flex. Those systems came from theft or illegal activity most likely bc that the type of people who would have something so ridiculous just to show off to people who dont matter bc they are crazy too and think thats cool to blow out car windows half mile away and not be able to hear anything anymore bc ur ears are destroyed.

Huh. I think what everyone is mostly saying in the comments is that loud music in Ward 4 is a nuisance, after hours. Well, it's a nuisance anywhere. Yes, it's been going on for years, BUT it's not right! Like someone had mentioned in another comment, the noise ordinances are there for a reason. The problem with Ward 4, is that the laws are in place, but no one enforces them, BECAUSE, it's Ward 4. It's really sad!
