Great video as always. Would like to see proper spyderco sharpening (para 2/3) sometime!

Is convex edge a better option for cleaver?

If it's only chopping, convex is better. But if you intend to cut as well with this knife, ordinary blade would be the best option.

Off topic but does anyone know if the KO3 will handle the Shapton G7 glass series stones? 160x37mm and 12mm thick. Flat edges, no hook tabs. I'm guessing 2.5x the weight of a common 6"x1" stone. Thank you.

Our system wasn't designed to hold this kind of stones, yet some of our clients successfully used them with our standard holders with remark that one wrong move and the stone will jump out. To be short, possible - yes, do we recommend it? - nope.
