Do you get to keep and sell anything that’s left in the house as part of the way the foreclosure company pays?

We quote the clean out before hand for how much the cleanout will cost (supplies ie. Bins, how long itll take ect) but we also get to keep anything left behind! Unfortunately most of the time the owners take the good stuff and just leave behind junk but sometimes we luck out with good finds.

Not yet! We have one property that we manage right now with a truck and boat left behind. Honestly not sure what would happen to those. I'm sure the bank will know what to do exactly with them when the time comes and thanks! Glad you enjoy them 😊

@@BrookeEli I have done some clean outs before and there’s always so much junk. One thing I found was to connect with an auction company and work a deal with them to take some of the stuff to sell and you take a commission. The good thing is they sell everything they take in and you don’t have to worry about posting a bunch of ads. Or do a live feed and people can buy while you are there

I think they were cooking food in the garage and selling the food, either out of the garage or by way of a food vendor. That was the reason for the burners, big pots and the to-go containers.

I hope the bank doesn't rent/sell the place with all that mold and I hope that you save what you can and donate it because the tables could be used again. I am disabled and don't have a lot of money but when I don't need a thing I donate it and I go to second hand places to get things that I need. Enjoying your videos, you do a great job cleaning.

Usually the bank will get the mold removed before selling it but surprisingly not with this one (just sold). We try to donate as much as we can but it's hard with not having a truck or place to store stuff. We are working on it though and thank you for the kind words. Hope you're doing well during these times.

Been looking at your vidoes. You need to rent a storage facility and sell the salvagable things !!!

We wish we could afford that but we are working on it. We are working on getting a garage space and an old truck to be able do more of that. Appreciate the comment.

When cleaning these places? Yes lol. It's a lot of work for the two of us sometimes.

All I can say is wow wow wow wow wow I don't know why you didn't sell the pallets you need to know we're just asked I'm sure other KZreadrs will tell you but at the least they were $2 a piece those tables would have sold also around 5 to $10 a piece

We would love to be able to sell everything unfortunately we live in an apartment and dont have anywhere to store stuff that's salvageable :( when we do these clean-outs they need to be done within the week so we cant leave things behind that can be sold later either. One day soon we hope to have a garage where we can store more things to be sold and donated.

You guys totally should have been wearing respirators or something. There could be so much mold in there! 🤮

We did for the moldy parts like the fridge and basement bathroom. Luckily most of the stuff was outside and in the garage.

Appreciate the comment, Polly. We definitely should have worn a mask more when doing this one. We did get the heavy duty masks for a reason.
