    Excellent point, Leif. Very well put. And I would add that not only is the car's condition like a metaphor for how GM treated Pontiac, but also how GM treated their customers. If a customer needed something from GM that wasn't in GM's best interest (e.g. covering rental car costs when one of their warehouses was on strike), the customer got the corporate yawn 'n' shrug from GM. "Your problem, not ours." This from a company worth billions.

After two days of DG love techniques car looked showroom new. Sent pics to the previous owner, and he didn’t recognize the car. Steamer was a game changer! Wish I could share the pics! Then he would get hooked into, "hey, while you're under there change the oil, and check the brakes, and etc. etc. would ya?" That would be my wild guess. My Mum taught me to wash new towels with a cup of white vinegar in the final rinse. Salt can work the same but has to be dissolved in hot water before adding to the towels. BEAR IN MIND......these were for normal household towels, I dont know how this would work on microfibre.

    Buy better towels. Sounds sarcastic, but its not. If they are linty, they are not helping you. You might as well use a cotton towel if you are going to use a linty toel

    Have you tried any of the numatic extractors? They may be almost 1000$ after tax in Canada but they'll leave it dry and if you buy gerorge then you can vacuum the cars out and wash the garage floor.

    How did this car even get in your garage? I can't imagine the mice didn't also chew through wires and all kinds of other stuff. And I don't think the owner replaced the engine before driving the mouse poo to you. And what was done to ensure the mice and roaches weren't in there anymore so they didn't get into your home? And why did the mice not chew on the seats?

    Hi Mitch. How careful do you have to be around the speakers in the door panels with the steamer to make sure it doesn't damage them ?🤔

  • @Thebatcavepetfriendlybakery

    @Thebatcavepetfriendlybakery

    Really careful, the water can damage them especially if left. Never steam without drying it directly after!!! He cuts out the part where he takes a dryer to them in these videos bc its not satisfying and is kinda boring, but in a video talking about his full process, he does dry the speakers directly after steaming
