Short answer - minimum frequency we would suggest is weekly.... Long answer - There's several factors at play here James. How dark (& oily) your coffee is, volume of coffee ground & end of day cleaning being the most critical. If you have dark oily coffee you will need to do this more regularly. If you are very busy 50+kg per week more frequent would be a good idea. If you are grinding out all grinds from blades at the end of day your cleaning frequency can be reduced.
