estreal is my roty highest average placing, and has been consistant good on lag okay start of the season sometimes he got bodied but his team sucked. his arrow was always doing the right thing it was never wtf is he doing there. always making plays for the team and can go hugeeeee when they need him too. his stats might not be scrap hydra level but he brought alot to this team.

Surely ravens don't drop Clay.

as a ravens fan im in full support of clay staying despite a lackluster year stats wise, his damage was relatively good, and ravens had a bad stage 1 also its great for the teams support, alot of us old heads appreciate clay still plays professionally. makes me not feel so old when i jump into ranked :D

he needs to transition to more of an objective based role for you guys if he does bc he has this idea hes still a top main ar slayer, but in reality he isn't anymore bring 2 more young crazy talents in around him and gwinn. personally i would like to see a cdl team thats really in tune with the upcoming talents in the u18 league like derek, ryann, hide, fern, and encourage. would love to see a team take a chance either on a couple of them or just take the faze u18 team as a whole which would be ryann, encourage, derek, and hide

@@brycejeffrey7 agreed but i honestly think team chemistry and energy in games is crucial. ild like to see someone like beans next too clay. underrated but will bring the best out of clay with passion and hype, momentum aswell as able to do insane damage in matches. paired with 2 smgs or even 1 because tj performed well and dont think he deserves to lose his spot. maybe an 18 and cracked entry smg an upcoming abezy would fit with them 3 i think. its not a god squad but its a solid squad that in reality ravens could make.

Realistically, I can see another offseason where whoever doesn’t win champs doesn’t stick. If FaZe don’t its time to question Simp Abezy and Cell. If OpTic don’t, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ant leave. If NYSL don’t, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Hydra leave. If Toronto don’t, Envoy and Insight are going to have the light on them.

In previous seasons, we had a rookie who was an absolute standout and won an event.... we don't have that this year. So YES, there should be a debate. I think it's Estreal with how he slammed Toronto, but they also got 0-6'd on Sunday. No other rookie you would consider made it to a Sunday? It's a tough decision for sure, atleast there's actually a competition for it.

Hydra to Toronto would make the MOST sense. CleanX is a role player and amazing at it, so is insight.. Scrap is fast and can keep pressure along with hydra and cleanx. Insight works on rotation and spawns and Search. Works IMO

Hydra will either stay or go to ultra in place of envoy. He wont go to optic. Scrap wont go anywhere except Faze in place of draz.

i mean, surge didnt get higher than top 6 on lan once this year and lag placed 3rd last lan, so i dont really see a debate purely based off that.

(I know clay had some rough games but dont want to see the guy leave, he can absolutely turn it up, just needs to figure out consistancy)

Optic gets best player of mw2, best player flops in mw3, flopped player gets dropped, dropped player becomes slayer in blops6.

Attach, TJ, Clayster, Nero. Ideally you’d drop clay and maybe grab ghosty or something but no chance of that.

As a Surge fan I'm sorry and this is non bias take, but Surge have been a mid pack team the whole year. 3-4 major 1 1-6 major 2 3-4 major 3 and 4-3 major 4. 3 top 6 finishes and currently holding 5th seed going into champs. The ONLY person who should be in conversation for ROTY should be Gwinn and Abuzah. LAG performed terrible all year in qauls and had 1 solid run at the end of major 4. THATS LITERALLY IT. Nobody even in the league was taking about Estreal at all until this last major. ROTY is Abuzah. Not just bc im a Surge fan but he has been the most consistent and gwinn although may have better stats. He didnt make champs. Plain and simple.

Why is Scrap and hydra to optic is a high possibility? The culture is not compatible with hydra’s personality and if you have learned anything is that you can’t have so many superstars on 1 team…you build around 1 main player and fill roles…scrap and hydra are not role players Anyone with any COD sense knows it won’t work from a chemistry and fundamentals perspective

Simp is another level, so was Crim, so was Karma. Simp needs a better finals turnover and if he wins 1-2 more rings he’s the goat. Hydra needs at least 2 more if not 3 more rings and like 15 more championships. He has potential tho so your comment isn’t wrong, but he’s not the closest in the cdl right now.
