No, he has all the right to be upset, annoyed or mad. BUT That does not mean he is mad at any of his team mates, nor does it mean anything at all that he doesn't talk much or show certain emotions as long as he is willing to listen and improve gameplay wise to better the team if they had talk. Feels like the entire OpTic team is doing choices based on emotions rather then after solid communication. Just tell him ''Hey i feel like this when you do this and that, is that right?'' And take it from there. About the punctual thing, that one i can fully back and say it's not ok. Your one job is to be on time and practice...your job is video games. If you can't manage to be on time for that then truly he would never manage a real job, that he should figure out and be better at. Go to bed at Set time, wake up at set time....easy

Clearly we should've had scump and illey as our AR duo and they totally would've gone toe to toe with Scrap Insight Drazah Octane Cellium Sib Skyz and even then Rambo's coaching would've gotten them to being a top team going to a final and winning it.
