Pork spareribs in preserved black bean sauce is a staple in meany restaurants and can always be seen in yumcha. Today, we're going to have this staple with claypot rice!

Ingredients | 材料
1 Cup Rice | 1杯 米
200g Spare Ribs | 200g 排骨
15g Fermented Black Bean | 15g 豆豉
2 Large Garlic Cloves | 2塊 蒜
1 Chilli | 1個 辣椒
1/2 Chinese Sausage (Optional) | 半條 臘腸
1tsp Light Soy Sauce | 1茶匙 醬油
1tsp Mirin | 1茶匙 味霖
1/2tsp Sugar | 半茶匙 糖
1/2tsp Tapioca Starch | 半茶匙 木薯粉
