I think you and I might be the same person. I love this video and agree 100% with everything you said. Especially that microphone. It’s only good for birthdays and then it can go back into its little case.

This is such a late comment (considering this video was posted 10 months ago) that I don't know if you will ever see, but can you talk more about your classroom management? I just finished my first year and I feel like I relied wayyyy too heavily on my treasure box as a behavior motivation. I'd love to know what you do instead!
