    Would love to have a (small) statue of Bellerophon on Pegasus. I’ll have it made out out marble some day in the future. Just bought a fantastic piece of elephants from a master wood carver 😍

    I love what you do. I am quite good at sculpture but I am chronically fatigued so I envy people who have the strength to do this lovely medium as a living. I regard you as Olympic athletes.

    There's a nice epoxy like material called Magic Sculpt that is hand moldable and can be used to make a mother for silicone molds like this. It air cures, and it is more rigid than any polymer clay I've found. Really nice to use on armature wire for bone like use when you may want to flex a limb naturally.

    have you ever tried a mixture of polyurethane resin and plaster of Paris not so much for the horses head but maybe some other projects .. give it whirl but dont use gel coat with it. all my best simon

    Your other videos I watched after were much more detailed in techniques. Great. What I meant here was, from wooden stand to the built horse and neck ? Foam? How did it go from wood stand to horse. Thank you. Love your other more detailed vids. Music at 2:30+ is just too. And 4:26+ just loud unnecessarily )) the beautiful drama of his sculpting is sadly drown out.

    Ah I see. Well we try and put details in where necessary. But in this, its a wooden stand, with clay put on it. You can see that in the video.
