Classic Tailback - Eddie George Ohio State Highlights

Спорт

A compilation of some of Eddie George's highlights at THE Ohio State University. Eddie George had good quickness and speed, but he ran over people like a man possessed during his final two years in Columbus en route to a Heisman Trophy in 1995. The guy was such an imposing presence that he made linebackers look like safeties.
The games I used to take the clips from can be found on Stephen Barnett's youtube channel (and there were a few other channels I used as well that you can find if you look around): / sbbarnet. .

Durable as hell. Size, strength, balance and decent speed and agility wore defenses down.

What vision. On sweeps, most RBs just try to race everyone around the edge. EG was great at finding the seam inside, planting the foot, and getting upfield. So glad Penn State wanted to make him a linebacker. If the foot injury didn't happen, he was a sure fire HOFer.

JustBombsProductions I was hoping for 100 subs by the start of the next semester, but maybe I'll get 200 by then instead. I'm going to hope that my basketball videos bring in more viewers too. My channel is pretty niche though, so i'm not sure if it'll ever get as big as your's or Harris Highlights. Oh, and I'll make sure to create a nice LenDale White video for you.

PockyCandy That would be great! I remember trying to make White video, but couldn't find enough clips. Same with Leinart :( I'm saying it right now, you'll get 300 by the time summer is over!

JustBombsProductions Really? I've found at least 10 games from the Leinart/Carroll/Bush/White era that I could use. If I get 300, I'll do cartwheels. PS: How did you get to 20K subs? My classmate/friend, who has 45K subs from making minecraft videos, told me to ask other and more successful channels to help promote my channel. That's how she got her start. So what I'm basically asking is: Who helped you, and how would you be able to help me get more viewers? It's one thing to for minecrafters to feature each other in let's plays and stuff, but I can't think of how highlight-makers can help each other.

Same thing happened with Marshall Faulk. The following is from Jack Pierce, former Nebraska Husker recruiting coordinator: “The coach who lost Marshall for us shall remain nameless. I brought Marshall to Lincoln for a visit. San Diego State's recruiting him as a running back. LSU's recruiting him as a defensive back. Florida's recruiting him as a defensive back. He was something special on both sides of the ball. But he didn't want to be a defensive back. “So, I tell all our coaches, ‘Please, while he's here, don't mention defensive back.' So, Marshall comes to campus. We walk upstairs to the South Stadium offices. The first thing this coach, who shall remain nameless, says, ‘Boy, you're going to look good doing a backpedal.' I wanted to kill him. I absolutely wanted to kill him.”

Justrynamakitrockawayblvd Eddie George is NOT corny. He didn't need moves. He could just hit the hole and explode through it. That dude was smooth, and the more a defense tired down the stronger he got. He would just wear them out and pound them into submission. And he would still keep coming. Go watch this again. The film don't lie. A flash, moves and speed guy? Nah. But a thorough bread work horse beast? Without question. But that don't make him corny 🤔
