What a wonderful memory to have!

I make mine with sliced salami, scallions, cheddar cheese I shred & seasonings!! I never thought to put worshtershire sauce in it. Have to try that!! This looks really good!!

Some times I even put a dash of A-1 sauce in it for a little kick

Love cheese balls. We make one that includes salmon and roll it in parsley and pecans. You know, family traditions. Must try this one, too.

I do go by the fly of my pants when I’m not filming… my husband hates that because he said will NEver have it again in a crying voice! I have to write it down quickly before it’s disappears! I’m starting to keep a planner/journal for all my inventories. Happy New Years and prayers!

Your seasonings are a little different than mine I'm going to have to try yours look very good also you never thought about greasing my hands before rolling the ball. Sure looks like a good trick to me. Enjoy your New Year's

What perfect timing, LeAnne! I was just wondering if I could get hubby to share a cheese ball before the New Year's dieting begins, haha. Your recipe is very similar to the one hubby likes that I got from Kraft but he likes it rolled in chopped bacon. I love the idea of the pecans. That taste test looked very successful!

That is a great looking cheese ball! I make the same type of cheese ball every year and it is good. I think though that I need to break out of my comfort zone and make this one. Can't wait to try it! I noticed in the last video that you hurt your arm and wanted to ask you about it. It's looking so much better!

This cheese ball get better with age… I got a second degree burn before thanksgiving and didn’t hurt for a week or two then I got some cream from the doctor. It’s healing nicely!!

Looking good but I would grind my nuts and rud them around the roll but I use pecans half and grind in blender

Yes, I did... It happened before Thanksgiving but It's healing after I got two creams from the doctor.

Are you in Canada? I noticed your recipe calls for 16 oz cream cheese which equals 2 of those 8 oz cream cheese bricks. In Ontario, Canada it's 250g per brick which equals 8.818 oz per block, does it make a difference? Thanks for now and God Bless.

No I’m in Pennsylvania, USA. It wouldn’t make a difference if you used that much more cream cheese. Here in the states, cream cheese is sold in 8 oz blocks. Thanks for watching!
