    Hi Guys! What about “bedsit”? What’s it?

  • @highlevellistening

    @highlevellistening

    7 күн бұрын

    Good question - a bedsit is something you find in the UK. A bed sit is just 1 bedroom, and you share a bathroom and a kitchen with other house-mates, sometimes it can be 2, 3 or more people. This is not a common choice for a vacation though. Usually people living in bed-sits live and work in an expensive city, like London!

    Hi!" I'll bring you sth back. " it's weird a little bit. " bring you sth back." means i take sth from you and then i give it back to you, i bring it back to you, right?

  • @highlevellistening

    @highlevellistening

    It is weird! But the long form for “I’ll bring you something back” would be “I’ll buy something on my trip and bring it back to give to you” maybe as a souvenir or a gift “I’ll give it back” more commonly means I’ll take something from you and give it back to you .
