    @@bren.r yes, but also no. Form is more important than the mental state. You could get pissed during a lift and not think of anything, but getting the weight up and that could mess with form. Form should always be first then the mental state

    I have deadlifted 200kgs once and once only for one rep. I almost threw up and got a blood nose but I got it up. Anyone who does squats or deadlifts knows how heavy that weight is and should have huge respect for him for throwing around that sort of weight.

    bruh, 99% of people who take gear are no where near this strong its genetics, i could give you his stack which i bet is literally nothing compared to all of the gym bros and they would NEVER reach this lvl, genetics bro aka gods lift in the lifting world

    I dont know his weight division but damn he is incredibly dynamic and strong. I do see him attempting a world record in the clean and jerk. Also he did all this 100% raw no wraps, and no belt insane.
