Dude, I was having a FIT I was screaming at my BF of what was probably 6 years. 10 now lol. I was yelling at him and saying super mean things for God only knows what, I know I can't remember... Well he just sat there looking at me and after I got done and I'm huffing and puffing all angry and red. He just says "... Okay... Are you done ? " I basically growled and stomped my foot and walked away. When I sat down I was like..... WHAT THE F*CK WAS THAT?? That was the main turning point for me I started working on my anger and trauma, its been hard but now I think I'm through almost all the layers of grief, I've been crying a lot lately which is good because I normally shut that down
