My heart shattered when I learned of her passing. Claire was and is a beautiful and inspirational human being. She spread the amazing news of love, happiness and contentment. She took what she had and made a life dedicated to being the most wholesome person she could possibly be. My heart goes out to her little sister, her parents and her friends. She was one of the greatest individuals to grace the face of this world, but let’s not forget her message. Death is inevitable, but how you live your life? That’s up to you. Rest easy Claire. You’ve impacted the world in ways that you will never know❤️

Here I am, just a random guy on the other side of the world, a brute that is not really sensitive to many things but I jumped from my seat when i saw this video. I have never been this affected by the death of a complete stranger before as I am now and I have spent a lot of time the last few days watching her videos, in order to learn more about who she was, and her words and view on life has a huge impact on me! It's not only that it's kind of personal to me because I have CF myself. It's not only because she was wise, eloquent, bubbly and funny and made more for others in her short life than most people do who live to be 100. It's because to me, she did much more than "just" help people by showing how to live with a terminal disease - she showed people how to live! I don't think I have _ever_ seen someone so truly alive as she was and that is both incredibly humbling and inspiring! It has made me want to do something more with my life as well in order to help others. I hope that Claire's family and friends can find strength in knowing that her words inspired and will keep inspiring a lot of people to appreciate their lives and to help others!

I just can't believe that this beautiful soul is gone 😢😢 I found Claire about a year ago and followed her story. It's so sad that she got her new lungs and then passed through complications because of it. God called her home, he needed her for something special up in heaven. Rest in peace Claire and shine up there like you did here. 😚😚😚

I found her 2 years ago and watched all the documentaries. This video makes me want to cry. Claire was such a beautiful and amazing person. It's sad she had to die so young. But atleast she died happy..

Mr. Green calm down, Claire wouldn’t want us arguing over what we believe in, she wants us to be comfortable with ourselves. I get that you don’t believe in god, but I think we should respect what we believe in.

I think the best way of showing gratitute toward her existence is following her ideas: let’s get the mentality she had, that strong will of living and showing that we can see the same as she saw in people. Rest in peace, Claire.

She had a lung transplant, and the transplant was actually successful. But then soon after she had a massive stroke due to a blood clot. It caused immense pressure on the brain and they couldn't get rid of it. She was in a medically induced coma on life support.

I would like to thank Claire for make me to have my motivation back after 5 years having stage 4 cancer 😥😥

It was not until yesterday I found out...Claire is no more! I just cried my self to sleep. I know how you feel cuz I feel the same too! It feels like loosing a special person in my life too..! I've been watching 'My last days' and some of the videos from clarity project over and over again, just to see her smiling. I cannot digest the fact that SHE DIED, it is like a blow to me! I was hoping she'd get better and finally enjoy her new lungs and make another video on how once again she made it! She is totally an angel. She inspired me in many ways, and I know that I'll miss her my entire life! :( I'll just pray for her soul to rest in peace and her family to be stronger than ever before to withstand this great loss

I remember she was in one of my dreams and woke up and the same day I received the notification about she needed help. It was like a sign.. I really really really hoped she was gonna make it... when I found out.. i was frozen and couldn't even speak.. couldn't and cannot believe she is not here anymore.. 😢 every day I remember.. every day I cry and push myself harder to be proud of my life... Claire will be always in our hearts ❤❤❤ make each breath count ❤❤❤🦋

Oh I didnt know she had passed, last video I'd seen of hers she was waiting for new lungs. She was so beautiful, an angel and the most inspirational speaker of all time in my opinion. She got the lung transplant and it was a success. But sadly she had a blood clot and suffered a major stroke. Doctors drained the fluid from her brain twice.. but in the end it didn't help. So she actually died from a stroke.. not the transplant. Weird how life works. She was such an inspiration and hope others will learn from her. RIP Claire

Tanya Brown, I did not know her, I like most knew her through videos on KZread & I like most felt I had got to know her! She was an absolute inspiration to us all. Her courage & personality was so very special 💕 I think we will all feel this sadness & emptiness for a very long time. Life isn’t fair, is it? She was an amazing person. It is sad but she knew this was a possibility. She was strong and undaunted at the possible outcome but strong enough to deal with it and accept that which inevitable in all of our lives.

It was less than a 3% chance, that's how common it is for one to have a stroke after a successful lung transplant. She had a 97% chance of living once that surgery was over. It's not less heartbreaking because she'd read the waiver.

Just to live a bit longer to be free and enjoy what once was has gone, and with it just a little bit of everyone who was touched by Claire and her magnetic personality. Claire brought light to the darkest of places in our minds and in our hearts. She will be missed Greatly.

If she really did live a life without regrets then I am very very happy that she enjoyed her life every second GOD gave her...REST IN PEACE CLAIRE.. Thank you for being such an inspirational person.

Everyone is saying she already was an incredible individual, but the OP already said that too. I don't think she was saying Claire needed to get married or have children to be amazing, I think she was just lamenting the fact that it is sad when someone dies so young that they never get the chance to experience that one way or another.

I loved her so much, I always knew death was a thing that was ever looming but I just thought she would live forever because she deserved it so much

Claire was a beautiful soul. I think all of us, in this time of grief, should remind ourselves to take bigger bites of the world and live like she wanted us to. That goes double for anyone sick and in a battle for their life on a hospital bed. She especially wanted all of you to know the fight is NOT over and you can be just as passionate about life and living as every one else. That your illnesses don't define your happiness and if there's the thinnest rope you can reach for you to climb out of that pit, you have to try and reach for it. Rest in Peace, Claire. You helped and saved more people than you'll ever know.

I've actually watched some of Claire's videos not so long ago and I just found out she passed away this past Sunday. It just comes to show you that life is just too fragile. Claire showed, pretty much, the world on how to look "death" into its eyes everyday and showed no weakness by being positive non stop in life and inspiring others on how to make the best out of worst daily situations. She's a beautiful, talented girl with a heart of gold and a smile that lights up a room. I was on vacation when I learned of her passing. I know she wouldn’t want us to be sad, but it is difficult when you find inspiration and suddenly it is gone. She was an inspiration and continues to be. She was and IS a beautiful soul and it saddens me that she won’t get the chance to grow up, fall in love, get married, have children, grow old and experience more of the beauty of life. It is such a gift to be able to live. I am sad she is gone, BUT am extremely happy for her because she doesn’t have to be sick anymore. What an amazing soul she was. I just now discovered all of this today in 2020. I am almost ashamed that I never knew about Claire Wineland until today. Claire was such an inspiration to many and that she was always confident and positive. She never tried to let the sickness she had to let her down or stop her from what she loved to do and that was to speak to many people. She had a heart of gold and a fighting spirit through it all. I have been a massive fan of this wonderful amazing young lady for awhile now, who was an absolute credit to her parents. When she asked for help towards the cost of the lungs transplant, bless her heart she was in awe of so many of us eager to help her. The truth is we were all in awe of her and what she was achieving in life. I was so shocked to hear that we had lost Clarie because she had so much more to give this world. Clarie will be an inspiration for others for years to come, that know matter what life deals you, we are more than capable of living as normal a life as we can and not only that but with a smile on our faces. Her life may have been short but she lived everyday to the maximum and help many people in the process and we loved her in return. I truly believe that she never realised how much she was admired and loved by complete strangers. Her many videos will help thousands more to come in the future, suffering with this horrible disease and hopefully one day a cure will be found. Though I cried alot of tears on hearing the news of her passing, I remembered that she would prefer us all to celebrate her short life instead. This is how remarkable a young woman she was always trying to help others. You will be sorely missed by many people Clarie Wineland but you will never be forgotten. Sometimes strong souls choose to incarnate on Earth and suffer because they know their suffering will allow them to teach and help people. They're called angels. She IS an angel.
